Clinic Lancaster County Children's Services seeks a Bachelor’s Level Family Counselor to join the Family Based program, delivering intensive, community-based support and training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). This role partners with a Master’s-level professional to help families and children in need.

You will participate in crisis response, case management, weekly supervision, and a structured training program to earn ESFT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/families in CASSP-related program
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and car insurance
• Ability to provide services in home/school/community locations
• On-call rotating schedule responsibilities
• Background clearances (PA State Criminal History Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children and/or families in a CASSP related program (volunteer and internships count toward experience)
• Ability to transport clients in your car (Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and car insurance)
• Ability to provide services in a variety of locations (home, school & community)
• Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule
• Pennsylvania State Criminal History Check
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services
