Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Tucson. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered, with opportunities for growth.

We offer full-time hours, a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm), and a collaborative team environment. A bachelor's degree is required, with potential advancement into clinical administration or BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Assist children learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and support therapy sessions as directed by supervisors.
