Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Bachelor's Mental Health Counselor for the West Central Integrated Treatment Facility in Zebulon, GA. The role focuses on case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and delivering individual and group therapy in a correctional setting.

The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake, assessments, and treatment planning, while maintaining compliance with security clearances and TB/CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• CADC or CAC certification required.
• Must show TB documentation and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ direct care experience in mental health or substance abuse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management to patients in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake and assessments as part of care.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop and implement treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

We are currently seeking afull-timeBachelor’s Mental Health Counselor to join our team at the West Central Integrated Treatment Facilitylocated inZebulon, Georgia.

TheBachelor’s Mental Health Counselorprovides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.


• CADC or CAC required


• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.


• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental health or substance abuse preferred.


• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Available Shift

M-F on day shift or choose a 4x10 schedule
