Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations by anticipating needs and communicating with servers.
• Check each plate for accuracy before serving.
• Present condiments tastefully.
• Deliver orders to tables according to service standards.
• Complete all opening, ongoing, and closing side work checklists.
• Restock linens and work stations as needed.
• Inform servers of potential guest opportunities.
• Provide general resort information to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service is preferred.
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests, clients, and team members.
• Current active Food Safety and TIPS certifications.

Working Environment & Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this role include:

• Walking and standing for 6-8 hours daily, with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Occasional climbing and balancing, with frequent use of hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Visual requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.

The work environment may include temperature fluctuations, exposure to weather elements, and moderate to high noise levels.
