Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations by anticipating needs and communicating with servers.
• Check each plate for accuracy.
• Present condiments tastefully.
• Deliver orders promptly.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing side work.
• Restock linens and work stations.
• Inform servers of guest opportunities.
• Provide resort information to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service preferred.
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current Food Safety and TIPS certificates required.

Physical Demands

• Regular walking and standing for 6-8 hours; may be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
• Occasional climbing; frequent reaching, carrying, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
• Work environment includes temperature fluctuations and noise.
