SwimSRQ in Sarasota, FL is seeking an All Star swim instructor with Baby/Toddler specialization. You will teach children under 3 years using our curriculum, ensuring safety and water confidence while engaging in a supportive, student-centered setting.

The role offers part-time hours with afternoon/evening and weekend shifts, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a growing swim school community.

We are specifically looking for an All Star, experienced swim instructor that specializes in Baby/Toddler swim lessons. The ability to work with all ages is a plus, but our focus is finding an instructor that excels working with children ages 3 and under.

We are very flexible on pay and schedule for the right candidate and are confident we can create a role you would LOVE within our swim school

Flexible schedule.

As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum. You will work to build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities. You can expect to be regularly communicating with students and fellow staff members. You should be someone who welcomes feedback and is a continuous learner. As a swim instructor you will report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts and provide support throughout the pool deck as needed.

We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves teaching and being around water. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part-time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.
