Wellthy connects reliable caregivers with families who need last-minute childcare. You tell us your preferences (schedule, age of kids), we handle the rest.

Work is driven by you: control your schedule, choose tracks with toddlers, babies, or older kids, and get paid directly to your bank account. Earnings range from $15.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and family needs.

Formación

• Experience in childcare (babysitting, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts).
• Reliability and punctuality with clear communication.
• Completion of Trust & Safety onboarding and compliance requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

What You'll Do (Choose Your Preferred Opportunity):

Child Care:

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).

What we need from you:

• Experience: Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety : To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, all independent care providers must complete our comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards. (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!)
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.
