As an independent care provider, you control your track—care for toddlers, babies, or older kids—per your comfort level. A thorough Trust & Safety onboarding is required to ensure high standards for families.

What we need from you:

• Experience: Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety : To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, all independent care providers must complete our comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards. (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!)
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.
