Qualifications

• Able to stand and move for extended periods.

• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product assistance.
• Resolve customer issues promptly in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales at the point of sale/register accurately.
• Refresh floors and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize loss through attentive service and store upkeep.
