Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. Welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and help them prepare for everyday parenting moments across Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, and others.

You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment, support omnichannel shopping, and process transactions while promoting promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires physical stamina and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with omnichannel transactions and promotions as needed.
• Complete POS transactions and process shipments and replenishment.
• Explain current promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
