Carter's in Pace, FL is seeking a Sales Associate who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and guide shoppers through omnichannel options to ensure a positive experience.

You should have a friendly, solutions-oriented mindset, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
