Carter’s in Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, showcase baby essentials, and assist with school-ready gear while supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

You’ll collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and promote our loyalty programs. From helping with product knowledge to processing transactions, you’ll contribute to a busy, friendly environment that values growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features and benefits.

• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and help minimize losses through service excellence.
