Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product styles, and help families find essentials for babies and school readiness, creating a welcoming shopping experience.

In a fast-paced retail environment you will process checkout transactions, replenish floors, promote omnichannel shopping, and communicate promotions and loyalty benefits while keeping the store safe and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process point of sale / register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
