Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Washington (Puyallup area) to be the first face of the brand for families. You will greet customers, help with baby essentials, and introduce promotions and loyalty programs while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will handle POS transactions, restock shelves, and participate in omnichannel support as needed. The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with flexible days

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions and assist with omnichannel needs as required.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing excellent service and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
