Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, showcase baby essentials, and help families prepare for back-to-school moments, all while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role involves handling POS transactions, replenishing floors, and explaining current promotions and the brand loyalty program. Availability may include days, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
