Job summary

In this part-time role, you’ll handle POS transactions, stock replenishment, and in-store promotions while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability including days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues promptly while managing multiple customers.
• Support omnichannel needs to create a positive shopping experience.
• Process POS transactions and complete floor replenishment as needed.
• Promote current promotions and loyalty program to customers.
