Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program, including credit where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store to minimize loss.
