Job Title: BA Cook - Seasonal (759)

Summary: Responsible for providing culinary delights to our guests. The successful candidate will ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare food exactly according to recipes, using measuring devices and scales to control food costs.
  2. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the restaurant.
  3. Stay updated on recipe changes to maintain quality and consistency.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  5. Ensure all food items are properly stored, rotated, and meet quality standards.
  6. Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
  7. Take responsibility for the quality of the products served.
  8. Track and report food waste, breakage, or transfers between departments.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, including prep cooks and wait staff.
  10. Be aware of food allergies and prepare food accordingly for guests with allergies or intolerances.
  11. Perform opening and closing duties as directed.
  12. Respond proactively to guest needs and concerns.
  13. Participate in teamwork and periodic deep cleaning projects.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
