Supervisor: B4A Manager
Classification: Full-time, Fully Fundraised Base Salary
Fundraising Goal: $35,300

Summary of Job

The B4A Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for:

  1. Assisting B4A staff with administrative and operational roles
  2. Managing the event planning process
  3. Creating and designing resources
  4. Providing organization to processes and documentation

The B4A Content Coordinator works alongside the B4A Manager to drive the vision and execute the mission of the program, ensuring clear communication, thorough details, and prioritization of participants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The B4A Office Manager's duties include:

  1. Assisting staff with administrative and operational tasks, such as maintaining deadlines, onboarding new team members, preparing meeting information, managing email campaigns and social media, and responding to messages.
  2. Managing event planning for events like facilitator training, conferences, retreats, and celebrations, including setup, supplies, execution, follow-up, and debriefing.
  3. Creating processes for content and event management, including handbooks, journals, packets, and event logistics.
  4. Organizing processes and documentation, maintaining databases, evaluations, and resource inventories.
  5. Being receptive to the Holy Spirit's guidance during conversations with team members, donors, and alumni.
  6. Developing a team of ministry partners to meet fundraising goals, ministering through prayer and biblical teaching, with ongoing training and support.

This role will be regularly evaluated to support staff well-being.
