Job summary

TakeIn, a fast-growing food-delivery startup based in Dammam, is seeking a product manager to join the product team. You’ll work across the POS, admin dashboard, and customer app, with weekly releases and tight feedback loops powered by data and AI.

Ideal candidates have hands-on B2C mobile product experience, a track record shipping real user-facing features, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup. Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as product manager in startup or small team.
• Proven B2C mobile product experience with shipped users.
• Experience with internal tools, dashboards, or ops products.
• You write clear PRDs and get them approved efficiently.
• Comfortable with data; define metrics and drive decisions.
• Arabic and English working level for cross‑team collaboration.
• Understanding of Saudi market or prior experience building for it.
• You use AI in your workflow and can explain speed gains.
• Strong product discipline and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Learn the POS app in weeks and understand the whole flow.
• Own end-to-end product direction, PRD, dev refinement, release and measure.
• Unblock operations by optimizing POS onboarding and speed.
• Grow scope to admin dashboard and customer app as needed.
• Talk to customers, restaurant owners, and ops team for feedback.
• Collaborate with design and engineering in a small, fast team.
• Ship weekly and analyze results to inform next steps.
