Elite CEOs is seeking a top High-Ticket Hybrid Closer for its CPH Trading Academy program. This remote, full-time role pays $10 per completed/show-up meeting plus 2% commission on all contracts closed, with an OTE of $10k–$12k+ per month.

40 calling hours weekly and 80 meetings weekly are targeted, with strict performance expectations. Responsibilities include consistent meeting cadence, calendar discipline, and quick learning in a fast-scaling international sales operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket sales and one-call close structures.
• B2C sales experience; trading offer experience highly preferred.
• Coachable, outgoing, high-energy with integrity and professional demeanor.
• Relentless pursuit of competitive greatness; proactively seeks solutions.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• 40 hours of calling time per week, excluding meetings, training, and other activities.
• Keep 10 hours open in your calendar each day and expect approximately 2 hours of no-shows.
• Conduct 80 meetings per week, with each meeting lasting 30 minutes.
• If you have not completed your required number of meetings within five days, you are expected to work additional hours to reach targets.
• Consistently failing to meet targets means you cannot continue working here.

JOB TYPE:

LOCATION:

Remote

You get $10 per completed/show-up meeting + 2% commission on all contracts closed.

CALL VOLUME:

• Flex Schedule: Minimum 240 onboardings per month,
• Full Time: 352 onboardings per month.
• Elite: 416 onboardings per meetings per month (this means you're a savage)

• Note: Minimum 10% sales/closing rate, so if you consistently fail to meet these requirements, you cannot continue working here.

Job Description:

CPH Trading Academy is Scandinavia’s largest trading education company, with nearly four years in business, more than 25,000 community members in Denmark, and over 8 figures in total sales. After building a highly successful brand in Denmark, we are now expanding internationally. We are launching our first English-speaking programs, producing content in English, and building a global sales operation.
