  • Cross-Device Optimization: Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet across all marketing channels.
  • GIFs & Animations (Bonus): Ability to create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
Develop & Maintain Design Templates for Scalability:
  • Build reusable design templates for banners, flyers, email assets, sales collateral, and digital ads to streamline campaign execution.
  • Ensure easy customization for different partners and B2B clients, ensuring brand consistency while allowing for co-branding flexibility.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines for templated assets to improve efficiency and standardization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to iterate on templates based on performance and feedback.
Ensure Brand & Partner Consistency:
  • Maintain brand integrity across all creative materials while adapting assets for partner and enterprise-specific guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure all visuals align with campaign goals and messaging.
  • A/B test different visual approaches to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Keep up with digital design trends, UX/UI best practices, and e-commerce innovations to ensure high-performing assets.
  • Bring new creative ideas to enhance partner marketing, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in e-commerce, B2B2C, B2B marketing, or health/wellness industries.
  • Proven experience designing banners, flyers, email templates, sales collateral, and display ads for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of B2B2C and B2B digital marketing designs, including templated assets.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
  • Solid understanding and experience designing within various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Fastr, Builder.io) and marketing technology systems.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on creating high-quality, scalable designs.
  • Basic understanding of design systems.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and data-driven design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
