LaunchSquad is seeking a Content Writer to join our Content Studio, a hands-on production role for turning complex technology topics into clear, compelling stories. You'll write and edit across executive thought leadership, articles, landing pages, social content, and scripts for video and podcasts.

Based in the US with a hybrid/remote option, you will work with four client teams, interview subjects, develop editorial angles, and plan multi-channel distribution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in journalism, content marketing, or communications.
• HIGH-LEVEL writing and editing skills with an active portfolio.
• Strong research and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear stories.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, proactive, organized and collaborative.
• Experience optimizing content for AI tools and digital channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-volume B2B content across formats.
• Research topics and interview executives and experts.
• Develop editorial angles aligned with client strategy and calendars.
• Plan cross-channel story movement for multi-format campaigns.
• Build and manage editorial calendars, assignments, timelines.
• Balance work across four client teams with clear priorities.
• Collaborate with PR, content marketing, social, and creative teams.
• Edit and proofread for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
