We’re a well-funded and fast growing startup helping creators, businesses, and events launch apparel and swag without the usual friction—no minimums, unlimited colors, and lightning-fast turnaround powered all powered by our own inhouse AI tool. We've already partnered with big names like Sam Sulek and Arnold’s Pump Club, and now we’re expanding into broader B2B sales.

What We're Looking For

We’re hiring our first B2B Sales Representative to help us close deals with schools, family reunions, corporate events, small businesses, sports teams, and more. If you’re scrappy, creative, and love closing deals—this is your chance to get in early, shape the sales playbook, and grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, social, and inbound leads
  • Build and manage a pipeline across verticals (schools, events, company swag, etc.)
  • Create proposals, present demos, and coordinate handoffs to our production team
  • Track and report performance using simple CRM tools
  • Work closely with the founders to improve our sales processes and offerings
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or merch/apparel
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced
  • Bonus: Experience selling into schools, event organizers, or small businesses.
