Off-Grid Power Systems is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to lead expansion into new markets across Ohio. About Off-Grid Power Systems

We are a renewable energy provider based in Delaware, Ohio, offering custom solar and battery storage solutions for RVs, commercial fleets, off-grid homes, and agricultural properties. Our customers rely on our engineering expertise and white-glove service to power their independence.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads via networking, outreach, events, and cold calling

• Identify client energy needs and develop tailored solar + storage solutions

• Deliver compelling product demos and proposals

• Develop and cultivate client relationships and provide a premium experience

• Manage and record your sales pipeline in CRM

• Stay up to date on clean energy advancements and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• B2B sales or high-touch client service experience

• Comfortable presenting technical solutions (solar experience a plus)

• Self-directed with a results-driven attitude

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

• Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
