Overview

BALDAN, with over 43 years of experience, is a European leader in the beauty, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics industries. With a well-established reputation and more than 280 sales representatives across Europe, we are now expanding our footprint into the U.S. market.

We are looking for high-performing B2B Sales Representatives to join our growing team and drive new business development. We are hiring across all U.S. states, with exciting opportunities available in both major metropolitan hubs and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive brand development by promoting and selling BALDAN's aesthetic products and technologies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprint.
  • Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably B2B sales within the aesthetics industry.
  • Experience in conducting in-person client visits or online demonstrations is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices. An existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in and suitability for remote work.
  • Experience using tools like Mapsly and CRM platforms (e.g., Force Manager) is a plus.
