Devine Business Group is seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to proactively sell supplemental insurance benefits to local businesses. This in-person role offers a weekly base draw plus uncapped commissions and ongoing training, with licensing support and a collaborative CRM-influenced environment.

The position is a full-time independent contractor based in Loveland, Colorado, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility for additional work as desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience; sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and coachable.
