You will combine sales with mentoring, helping local business owners and new team members grow in a supportive, growth-focused environment. In-person, regional travel is expected to deliver outcomes and leadership development.

• One or more years of B2B or consultative sales success preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners in a B2B sales environment to understand their needs and build trust-based relationships.

• Mentor and support new team members in the field while creating a growth-minded environment.
