This is a paid 4-month sales development program with instructor-led training and real customer engagement, designed to grow your sales skills. You’ll learn to manage new and existing business clients, solve business problems with technology, and meet sales goals. Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role, with geographic preferences considered during placement.
Months 1-2: Base salary of $57,000. Months 3-4: Base pay of $48,300 plus potential commissions up to $17,000 annually based on sales performance.
