Job Description:

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program offers excellent perks! Participants receive a $1,000 monthly stipend during the program and a $2,000 graduation bonus. Relocation bonuses may also be available in certain cases.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2
  • From months 3 and 4, base pay adjusts to $48,300 with an opportunity to earn up to $17,000 in annual commissions

Program Details:

This 4-month paid sales development program includes instructor-led training and real customer engagement, designed to develop your sales skills and technology knowledge. Successful completion leads to placement in an outside sales role, with geographic placement based on preference and availability.

Qualifications:
  • Desire to start a career in sales
  • Experience with cold calling or sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
  • Ability to relocate within the U.S.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
