Job Description: AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program offers attractive perks! Participants receive a $1,000 monthly stipend during the program and a $2,000 graduation bonus. Relocation bonuses may also be available in certain cases.

Program Overview: This 4-month paid sales development program includes instructor-led training and real customer engagement, from small businesses to multinational organizations. You will develop sales skills, work with advanced technology, and contribute to solving business problems while providing excellent customer service.

Successful completion of the program may lead to a placement in an outside sales role. You can select your geographic preference from a list of markets, and placement will be based on availability.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Desire to launch a career in sales
  • Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field
  • Able to relocate within the U.S.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
