1099 Independent Sales Contractor (Commission-Only)

  • Autonomy: Set your own schedule and methods; you run your book like a business.
  • Commission: Uncapped; paid on net profit. Optional recoverable draw available during the first 2–3 months.
  • Enablement: Access to product enablement and marketing assets (optional).
  • Expenses/Tools: Contractor generally provides their own tools/transport; higher commission rate reflects independence.

Realistic First-Year Earnings: $80K–$125K+, with top performers exceeding that.

Illustrative Example: 3 mid-market MFP wins/month at typical margins + service add-ons (PinPoint Scan, KCC, etc.) can put you on a $125K+ run-rate.

You May Come From
  • Copier/office technology, telecom/IT services, solar, or other high-ticket B2B.
  • Proven new-business hunter with a track record of beating quota.
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with rejection; you keep momentum and pipeline discipline.

Requirements
  • Ability to travel to client sites across CO & WY (valid driver’s license if required for the role).
