Western Pest Services is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative in the Princeton, NJ area to grow our commercial footprint and serve clients with pest control and management services. You will network, engage prospects, and work autonomously to solve real problems for local businesses.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a B2B Outside Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services.

Our B2B Outside Sales Representatives:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Become a subject matter expert on our business services
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western's proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets
• Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience strongly preferred

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be 18 years of age

Salary Range (including commission): $75,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year
