Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Eagan area. You will build relationships with customers, provide weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding solutions, and achieve weekly sales goals using our CRM and proven training.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission, a monthly car allowance, comprehensive training, and regular recognition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly goals.
• Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program and close deals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
