Job summary

Rockland Trust in Massachusetts is seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Summer Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting campaigns that engage business clients and promote our products and services.

You’ll collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team on content development, advertising, analytics, and project execution, blending creativity with data-driven decision making while contributing to real summer projects across the Bank.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
• Interest in advertising, branding, content creation and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, editing, and distribution of marketing content across digital and traditional channels.
• Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, blogs, and presentations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns for commercial banking and wealth management audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Analyze campaign performance data and help measure marketing effectiveness.
• Support project management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to maintain brand consistency.
