Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharma, biotech, or related industries.
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and supporting revenue growth.
• Strong experience in sales enablement and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent messaging, positioning, and content development skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build & Execute the B2B Marketing Strategy across channels including sales enablement, website, email, events and social.
• Align marketing efforts to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
• Partner with sales to ensure alignment on priorities, targets and conversion strategies.
• Own Sales Enablement: create product guides, digital toolkits, and training materials.
