OSI Optoelectronics in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning, content creation, and event coordination across the organization. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales and internal teams to maintain brand consistency, develop materials, and manage digital content.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, electronics or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn, is desirable.
• Basic graphic design or content creation experience is desired.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CMS, CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new marketing technologies and AI-assisted tools.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, revision, proofreading, and production of marketing materials and ensure brand alignment.
• Draft, schedule, and manage content for website, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and related activities.
• Maintain organized files for artwork, templates, and collateral; support branding updates.
• Assist Sales with presentations, capability materials, and marketing resources.
• Coordinate projects with internal departments and external vendors; track tasks and budgets.
• Collect and organize marketing data for internal reporting and meetings.
• Uphold company values and ethical standards.
