Job summary

Finch Brands, LLC. seeks a highly organized B2B Marketing Associate to support and advance our marketing efforts. This hands-on role suits an early-career marketer skilled in content development, marketing tech platforms, and cross-channel coordination.

You will engage senior business audiences, including insights leaders and PE portfolio leaders, while collaborating with leadership, subject matter experts, designers, and external partners to execute marketing programs across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or similar.
• Experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaigns, lists/segmentation, landing pages, forms, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong writing, editing, and message development for professional audiences.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and understanding its impact for company pages vs. thought leadership.
• Interest in SEO, AI search visibility, and emerging digital discovery practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish organic LinkedIn content for Finch Brands and thought leadership materials.
• Maintain an editorial/social content calendar aligned with business priorities and events.
• Turn ideas and materials into compelling B2B content with internal SMEs.
• Draft and publish blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and webinar promotional content.
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, emails, and short-form assets.
• Ensure content reflects Finch Brands’ voice and quality standards.
• Identify timely topics and buyer questions to inform future content.
