Job summary

Liberty Puerto Rico is seeking a Knowledge Specialist to develop and maintain operational processes and policies for the company’s B2B operations. The role focuses on keeping knowledge base materials updated and ensuring information is effectively disseminated to customer-facing personnel.

You will gather information to build processes, publish knowledge articles, and create training materials for various operational areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2–5 years in customer experience and policy crafting, with NPS experience.
• Fully bilingual Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, high-transaction environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving, negotiation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes and policies for the company’s B2B operations.
• Ensure knowledge base material, internal and external, is updated reflecting new processes, procedures, and policies.
• Publish knowledge base content and create training materials (instructional design, assessments, curriculum, agendas).
• Maintain effective communication with operational teams and align knowledge dissemination.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor knowledge transfer and program impact.
