Position Summary
Technical support Key Account Manager is a professional responsible for high-level support of B2B KAMs and B2B customers for technical part sales (Knox, solution sales and support), and achieving and developing business sales results with assigned partners/key customers (account manager) within the Adriatic region. The role focuses on superior customer relationship management. It is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer requirements. Technical support Key Account Manager is responsible for all Samsung Electronics mobile division product groups sold to business customers and through commercial channels.
Role and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility and ownership of technical support and Knox and solution sales
- Relationship management, negotiation, account planning, project management
- Increasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts
- Focus on consultative selling by face-to-face relationship building and demand generation
- Advises and influences customer contacts over a range of functions and promotes solutions as a key differentiator, where applicable
- Maintains high quality of pipeline/funnel/opportunity management entries on a weekly basis
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree (e.g. Technical and/or Business Administration)
- At least 5 years of job experience in the area of technical support and account management
- Partner management and channel management experiences in commercial channels preferred
- Experience in selling complex deals and solutions to enterprise customers and public sector
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of the market and a good business sense
- Understand customers business, related industry trends, appropriate solution needs & requirements
- Driver’s license B category
- Pipeline/funnel/opportunity management
- Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills
- Highly customer oriented with strong communication skills
