Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking an experienced B2B Integration Architect to design, build, and support enterprise integrations connecting customers, vendors, and internal systems.

This role leads integration architecture, governance, and reusable patterns to enable scalable, secure connections across WMS, TMS, ERP, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate has deep integration expertise, strong architecture skills, and customer-facing communication abilities, with a passion for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration or enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience designing and supporting API, EDI, event-driven, and file-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards including X12 and EDIFACT.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain EDI, API, event-driven, and file-based integration solutions.
• Architect integration platforms and connectivity between internal apps, customer systems, vendors, and partners.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, standards, templates, and onboarding accelerators.
• Define patterns to support scalability, reliability, and security across integrations.
• Collaborate with business, applications, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve production issues to maintain service levels.
• Create integration specs, architecture docs, runbooks, and data mappings.
