Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced B2B Healthcare Sales Lead to drive business growth and build strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to referral sources. You'll play a critical role in expanding our reach by visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, senior care facilities, and hospice centers. If you have a proven track record in healthcare sales and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business: Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Leverage Healthcare Expertise: Use your industry knowledge to connect with referral sources and demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing clients while fostering trust with new prospects.
  • Ask the Right Questions: Identify client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
  • Communicate Persuasively: Clearly articulate the benefits of our services to referral sources and decision-makers.
  • Drive Sales Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics.
  • Close Deals: Confidently ask for referrals and secure commitments to move the sales process forward.
  • Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Healthcare Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales (B2B preferred) with a proven ability to exceed quotas.
  • Resilience & Persistence: A positive attitude and determination to succeed, even in the face of challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare trends and practices, giving you credibility with referral sources.
  • Goal-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to read people and adapt your communication style accordingly.

  • Proven Track Record: A history of success in previous sales roles, backed by strong references.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Background in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales, assisted living sales, or high-ticket healthcare services.
  • Strong connections within the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for networking and outreach (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
