EWOR is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department, offering maximum ownership and a fast-growth environment with equity upside. You will work directly with the department founder and a world-class team to translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and rapid production deployment.

You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements) with a high-agency mindset and excellent English communication to drive ambitious initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as B2B.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
