Job summary

Sqwad is seeking Field Representatives to secure prime locations in Atlanta through in-person outreach with local businesses. This freelance role involves presenting a partnership opportunity without selling products, and you will own your territory with flexible scheduling.

As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll receive onboarding and ongoing support while earning from daily field fees and shop-activation bonuses.

Field Representative (Freelance) – Unlimited Earnings | Secure Prime Territory

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do.
This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it.

If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Compensation & Perks:

• $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday. A day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner.

• $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.

• $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window.

The daily field fee and activation bonuses are separate components of the compensation. Earnings vary according to activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed.

• Must be located in Atlanta

• Native or fluent English speaker

Preferred (Not Required):

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience

• Experience with Google Sheets

• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
