Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in Manchester, NH. You will learn the Cintas Sales Training Program and apply skills in cold-calling, in-person sales, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing to grow new business within your territory.

Responsibilities include prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads using our CRM, and consistently meeting weekly sales goals and quotas. Strong emphasis on customer solutions and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and a Contact Management System.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using our CRM to identify and close new business while achieving weekly sales goals.
• Provide customers with facility-services solutions and hands‑on help with their workday.
• Learn and apply the skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
