Job summary

Wing is seeking a Field & Events Marketer to own our presence at industry events across North America. You’ll source shows, run them end to end, and be on the ground ensuring every event drives pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to convert booth activity into meetings, opportunities, and revenue. This remote role requires 1–4 years in event marketing and a passion for AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in event marketing or related roles.
• Experience coordinating events end to end and at scale.
• Experience managing an events budget and forecasting spend.
• Able to define KPIs and link activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Genuinely into AI and using it to improve events work.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize tradeshows, conferences, and events; own a rolling 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add‑ons.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end event logistics (booth, shipping, AV, catering, travel).
• Be on-site at events; manage setup, troubleshooting, and wrap‑up.
• Prep the team with objectives, talking points, and roles.
• Partner with sales to book pre‑show meetings and drive pipeline.
• Run pre/post‑event campaigns to drive traffic and bookings.
• Own the event budget; forecast and track costs.
• Define KPIs and report post‑event results for continuous improvement.
