Job summary

Snap Finance in Tennessee is seeking a B2B Events & Tradeshow Manager to lead planning and execution of trade shows, coordinating logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to develop lead-generation strategies, manage budgets, and measure ROI across multiple events, with frequent travel and flexible hours as needed. This role requires strong collaboration, vendor management, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in event planning or trade show management.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work odd hours.

• Plan, organize, and execute trade shows and events to promote Snap Finance’s products and services.
• Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including logistics, booth design, and marketing materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales at trade shows.

• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate the success of trade shows and events and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, event organizers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all trade show activities align with Snap Finance’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyses to measure the effectiveness of trade show participation.

Job Description

The B2B Events & Tradeshow Manager at Snap Finance is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing trade shows and events to promote Snap Finance’s products and services. This role involves coordinating all aspects of trade show participation, including logistics, booth design, marketing materials, and lead generation. What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, trade show management, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
