Job summary
DXC Technology Company in Detroit, MI is seeking an EDI Onboarding & Integration Specialist to lead onboarding of trading partners using Sterling SB2Bi. You will configure partner profiles, envelopes, and communication setups, and develop end-to-end EDI workflows.
You will perform integration testing, support EDI transactions, troubleshoot translation and connectivity issues, monitor data flows, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/EDI integration using Sterling SB2Bi.
- Experience onboarding and supporting trading partner integrations.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of new trading partners using Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Configure trading partner profiles, envelopes, and communication setups.
- Develop and manage integration workflows for EDI transactions.
- Perform end-to-end integration testing with trading partners.
- Address production issues and ensure SLA adherence.
- Monitor data flows and manage AS2/FTPS/VAN and certificates.
