About Kitsby: Kitsby is a culinary experience company based in New York that creates immersive, fun, and memorable baking and cooking experiences for corporate teams and private groups. We work with companies of all sizes to deliver engaging, hands-on events that build team connection through food. From bubble tea-making kits to mochi donut classes, our events are loved by teams at major tech firms, startups, and beyond.

Position Summary: We’re looking for experienced, commission-only B2B sales professionals to help us grow our corporate and team-building experiences. This is a remote, full-cycle sales role for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, closing deals, and building relationships.

This is not an entry-level or training position.

**We are seeking someone who has closed deals without relying on inbound leads or pre-set meetings.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify B2B leads (HR, DEI, People Ops, Event Planners)
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Book and conduct sales calls with decision-makers
  • Present Kitsby’s experiences and close deals
  • Track and manage all outreach, meetings, and deals in CRM
  • Maintain relationships and drive repeat business through excellent follow-up

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing self-sourced deals
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to thrive independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach platforms, and CRM tools
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to HR/People teams or in the event services space
  • Network of corporate clients or agencies
  • Background in hospitality, F&B, or experiential marketing a plus

Compensation:

  • Commission-only

Expected Commitment:

  • Estimated 20–30 hours per week or more depending on your pipeline
