Job summary

Aimtal LLC is seeking a skilled Brand Graphic Designer Contractor to support client accounts with editorial design, brand systems, and high-impact marketing collateral. The role focuses on long-form content, multi-page layouts, and scalable templates in a fully remote setting.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clean, visually engaging formats, collaborating with strategy, creative, and project management teams. ET-aligned hours and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B, agency, or technology-focused environment.
• Editorial design mastery for digital publications (eBooks, whitepapers, reports, one-pagers).
• Proficiency in InDesign, Creative Cloud, and Figma for production-ready assets.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B tech brand campaigns and data visualization.
• Excellent client communication and autonomous time management in a remote setting.
• Ability to align working hours with North American Eastern Time (ET).
• Own your workstation and active licenses for required design tools.

Responsibilities

• Editorial & collateral layout for multi-page B2B materials.
• Build and maintain scalable InDesign templates and styles.
• Design digital and print assets for integrated campaigns across channels.
• Translate complex concepts into clear visuals, data graphics, and illustrations.
• Advise internal teams and clients on design practices aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain absolute visual integrity across client brand guidelines.
